MARTAC operates from two strategic centers. Our Melbourne, Florida headquarters anchors engineering and production. Our Innovation Center West in San Diego, California places MARTAC near one of the Navy’s most important Pacific Fleet operating hubs, supporting engineering, integration, live-water demonstrations, customer training, mission planning, and access to open-water test ranges.
