MARTAC is scaling toward high-volume production of multi-mission USVs through a tightly fused operating model and the integration of processes and capabilities designed to accelerate development, reduce integration risk, and deliver mission-ready platforms at scale. Our systems engineering, software development, modeling & simulation, and advanced manufacturing facilities deliver products faster than threats evolve so customers can move from evaluation to deployment with less friction. Our expanding production footprint is mission-driven to meet the high-volume demand of the U.S. military and allied forces through an interconnected virtual environment, accelerating development, reducing risk, optimizing complex system performance, and delivering platforms ready to operate at the point of need.

Significant investment in production facilities nationwide and co-production partnerships enable MARTAC to scale and deliver when the mission calls. These growing partnerships position MARTAC to produce between 200 and 300 Devil Ray vessels per year, expanding surge capacity and diversifying the supply chain as demand grows. Our production model is designed to support delivery, training, field service, spares, and sustainment so customers can rapidly move from demonstration to operational use.

Our Modeling & Simulation environment is the engine that lets MARTAC iterate, test, and innovate physical prototyping. Engineers virtually validate designs under real-world conditions — sea states, threats, sensor loads, and mission profiles — early in development. The result is a more capable platform and dramatically faster time-to-deployment.
