Muskie M18
Unmanned Surface Vessel

Muskie M18 – Sleek. Single-minded. Lethal.

The Muskie M18 is MARTAC’s purpose-built, one-way attritable surface strike asset — engineered from the keel up to seek, close with, and attrite hostile surface targets. At 18 ft (5.5 m) its clean mono-hull lines and low-profile silhouette deliver a naturally reduced radar cross-section and visual signature, making the Muskie difficult to detect, acquire, and counter in contested littorals.

Powered by inboard jet propulsion the Muskie achieves burst speeds over 50 knots with precision handling and proven stability in Sea State 4+. Purposefully non-modular, the M18 carries a focused, optimized combat loadout tuned for high-probability surface-target effects, minimizing complexity and maximizing reliability for single-use missions. The M18 currently is built with a gasoline power plant. The diesel variant is also in design.

With an operational range of over 500 nautical miles on plane, the M18 pairs tactical speed with operational range, enabling long-reach one-way missions launched from ship, shore, or airlift platforms. Integrated with MARTAC’s TASKER autonomy suite, it executes fully autonomous intercepts, supervised approaches, or coordinated swarm attacks as a tactical node in a networked MantaFleet™.

Compact, lethal, and deliberately expendable, the M18 Muskie gives commanders an affordable, scalable option to extend reach, complicate adversary defenses, and shape the maritime battlespace with predictable, repeatable effects.
