MARTAC Signs Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with NCSIST and Confucian to Advance Co-Development and Manufacturing Cooperation for MARTAC’s Industry-Leading Unmanned Surface Vehicle Systems in the Taiwan Market

(MARTAC), a leading innovator in Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs), is proud to announce today that it has signed a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) of Taiwan and Confucian Co., Ltd. (Confucian), MARTAC’s sales and marketing partner in Taiwan. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation to research and develop, market and co-manufacture MARTAC’s Industry-leading, high-performance Smart Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) that will promote innovation and expand opportunities for Taiwan’s integration of USVs.

Under the terms of the MOU, the three parties will:
• Promote research and development in the Unmanned Surface Vehicle market.
• Collaborate on joint production and technology-sharing initiatives.
• Explore supply chain integration and workforce development opportunities.
• Encourage knowledge exchange to enhance manufacturing competitiveness and
adoption.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to fostering sustainable industrial development, creating high-quality jobs, and supporting adoption of USVs in Taiwan.
